Making changes to our every day life and challenging ourselves can be extremely rewarding. The past few weeks I have:
- Started reading more
- Aiming to drink 4-5 liters of water per day
- Not blow drying my hair.
I feel very motivated and love exercising. Exercise is my stress release and becoming a little bit of an addiction. I recently ran 10km in 50;28sec and felt great. Challenging ourselves is the first step, telling the mind we can do something is the next, and then the body will follow.
From these few changes I have felt healthier in myself. Reading is calming me down and it is a great new hobby. Instead of scrolling Instagram before bed I try to read a chapter. Drinking lots of water is giving my skin a much clearer and softer look. My hair is also a lot healthier from not blow drying it every day.
